The trim pieces were glued and nailed together and then installed. I found out during milling, the outside corners were not the same angle (Surprise, right?) so a few test pieces had to be cut to get the fit right. Getting these plumb and the edges of the trim perpendicular to the wall was, to put it mildly, a bitch.
