When I got home after blasting this toolbag contractor, I sent him some more pictures of his guy's half-assed work, let him have it again and told him his services would no longer be required. I also told him I would be back charging him for (again, pardon my French) un-fucking my house, for my time in preparing the documents the building department needed for the proper permit and, since my house was no longer weather-tight and the Monsoon season was approaching, he'd be liable for any water incursion.
