Mixer for the rainfall shower head. When doing back-to-back mixers like this, I like to plumb simply, but this "reverses" the hot and cold supplies on one of the mixers. Easier to install the "flip-flopped" mixer cartridge upside down then burn though a lot of pipe, fittings and labor to get the hot and cold on the "correct" side.
