Thursday before Thanksgiving and all that's left is backspalsh and final electrical trim out. Thought we had a tile guy lined up for Saturday morning but he just bailed. Thankfully, one of the tile contractors I called earlier in the week returned my call and the owner will be here this afternoon.

This is the "tile" that will be used as a backsplash. It's literally machine finished aluminum channel and should look pretty interesting when it's installed.
