After pulling the countertops, it was time to remove the sink. It literally collapsed into the cabinet when I disconnected the drain from the garbage disposal. If the disposal hadn't been attached to the sink, it likely would have fallen on my arm. I'm sure 100+ lbs of cast iron sink falling on my arm would not have been a good thing.
