Only got one shot of the kitchen "before". House was built in 1999 and as was common for that time period, cabinets are red oak with solid surface (In this case, Corian) countertops.
This will be stripped to the walls with new everything going in. The homeowner had the floors done about a year prior, so there will be some "patching" of the floor and care will need to be taken so the tile isn't damaged.
