I got to work on trimming out the tub. This handle was giving me fits. The instructions said to run it down by hand until the O-ring touches the base, then turn it one more full turn. The tape is so I don't mar up the trim with the wrench. It spun right on with my fingers and then I snugged it up. The valve moved a bit, so I went to pull the trim off so I coud snug up the valve a bit more - and it wouldn't budge. I fought with it for over an hour and had to step away as I was getting pissed off. I called the manufacturer to see if they had ever run into this before - they hadn't. The manufacturer said they'd ship out a new trim set so I had to wait for that before getting back to the tub.
