The plan is to epoxy these into the holes, then drop the valves through and snug them up. The 3D printed parts were printed solid and should have more than enough compressive strength. In addition, since the plastic used is slightly flexible, when the valves are snugged down, the sleeve should expand a bit and make the fit into the hole even more snug. At least that's the theory.
