Look at the gap here. This pivot needs to go left a good 1/8". That will close up the gap and drop the end panel - probably enough to get the door to close properly. Unfortunately, it's as far left as it can be adjusted. Now I'm wondering if something popped out of square when the weight of the panels was added to the top rail.
