Getting all the globes to the same height required quite a bit of adjust and re-adjust to get them right. Getting the fixture up and in place while trying to drive the screws in through the sides was a bitch! The fixture is easily 20 lbs and the screws took forever to get started - and they weren't magnetic so they kept slipping off the end of my screwdriver!
