I finished up the sink/faucet plumbing with a kind of cobbled together drain. You'd think with a standard 2" strainer, someone would make a tailpiece adapter, but nooooo.
2" FPT to slip glued to a 1-1/4" trap adapter... Ugly, but it works.
I almost didn't have enough supply line from the faucet to the cold water side, but was able to twist the angle stop outlet counterclockwise to get it to reach. It looks tight in the picture, but there's no tension on it at all.
