I ended up doing 2 "light" coats and then one last "medium" coat before I called it good. Let it dry overnight and then unmasked everything. I'm very pleased with the result.
Still have some detail cleanup to do, but thankfully, overspray was very minimal and I didn't get any on the ledger stone on the walls.
