Picked up some 1/4" x 1-1/2" steel tubing to use for the granite support structure. This will provide a rigid and smooth surface for the granite to rest on. I'd initially planned on 36' of steel but changed my design plan about 2/3 of the way through the layout. I'll need another stick of steel to finish up, but I can start welding this up now.
