...then cleaned up with the die grinder and a small cylindrical bit. You can see the "ridge" I carve into the stone for the cover plate to sit on. 20,000 RPM and this bit ate through this stone like butter. I have to be very careful I don't get too aggressive.. Slow and steady and a LOT of test fitting are the way to go.
