Almost where it all started.. The previous owners sold the home after only 16 months because the yard had drainage issues. I installed French drains all along the walls of the house and connected them to the drain lines that exited at the street. I also poured the footings poured for the future veranda addition and had a new slab and walkways poured.. Unfortunately, there are no pics of any of that work.
