I decided I was going to trim out the interior side with some simple 'casing' so picked up a few sticks of 1/2" x 2-1/2" MDF with a simple eased edge. I need to mill a small relief area into the back to help it stay nice and flat against the wall and door frame so I broke out the router table extension for my bench and got by big router hung with a 3/8" bit in it.
