The door installers didn't install a sill pan or even drop a layer of bitumine (Jiffy-Seal) under the door frame so I considered removing the entire door and re-doing it, but then I saw there was a small gap under the door frame and I could slip some house wrap under the frame. The frame is completely water tight so I cut a strip and laid down a bead of silicone at the gap, making sure I forced silicone under the frame, then was able to slide the house wrap under the frame, get it stapled off, then I ran another bead of silicone over the top.
I ran a fat bead of silicone at the base of the wrap and pressed it into place, making sure it completely sealed the flashing at the deck. I'll need to install the first piece of siding before I can install the sill cover and the brickmold. That's tomorrow's job.
