This is a pretty big wall for such a small door. The exterior of the door was pretty weatherbeaten and would need some repair and refinishing. It also had some air leaks and the lockset was literally falling apart. We purchased a 72x96 steel door and it's due to be installed in 4 days. Time for some demo!
