....but the 20A tandem breaker connected to 14AWG wire? That's a no-no! This was yet another "WTF!?" moment. Since the breaker is a tandem, I decided to check out the outlet in the downstairs laundry room. As expected, 15A. This breaker will need to be swapped out for a 15A tandem unit. I wonder what other kind of fuckery I'll find when I pull the cover off....
