The green is 'medium tack' tape. I'm hoping it doesn't peel paint off the wall when I unmask. I've had issues with that in this house because whoever painted it initially didn't A) Wipe the dust off the drywall and B) didn't prime the walls before painting. Cheap and lazy is what that is.
