Fitting up the outside corner, I discovered the cabinet box appeared to be not square to the floor. Further investigation showed the cabinet side plumb over 2 feet and the floor is level. Put a straightedge on the cabinet and saw this bow, which is throwing off the miter joint on the toekick.
