I found the center of the space and started playing with start lines to optimize my layout. I'm going to be very tight on materials as I'd anticipated having more base cabinet footprint in here, but, since we decided not to use the pantries and corner cabinet, I now have more square footage to tile. I'm using a laser level to see how this line aligns with the wall. Baseboard is 1/2" thick so I have a little wiggle room, but not much. This MAY work....
