I started laying out for tile and discovered a problem. This is the difference in length between two tiles from the same box. That's a solid 1/8" of difference. (It measured that far out as well) This isn't a huge issue as the 'X-axis' grout lines will be interrupted. I can use a combination of length matching and splitting the difference to make it look correct. I can also plat with grout fill height a bit if necessary.
