Change of plans. Countertops (Which I thought would be installed last week) are scheduled for late next week and I decided to do some trimout before diving in to tile. First up is the light above the fridge cubby. This ceiling joist is right in the way of the light position so I need to carve a small notch in it to make room for the light. Not to worry, it's a VERY short span and only holding up drywall so it won't compromise anything. This is the first go at it with a hole saw.
