While the ceiling above the fridge/freezer is pretty open, getting a wire down the wall for the new switch was a pain. I decided that since I was going to be patching drywall, I'd just cut a big hole and make it easier on myself.

Discovered while doing layout that NONE of the existing switches and outlets are the same height from the floor and there's more than an inch variance!. Yay....
