It already looks better. The upper cabinet will be removed, but the sink will remain until I'm ready to open up this wall and re-work the plumbing a bit. New PEX-a to copper stubouts for the sink supplies and a new washer outlet box will be installed. Note how crooked the existing washer supply is.

I'll also try to re-work the dryer vent to be able to push the dryer closer to the wall.
