While popping the lights free, I discovered the painter we'd hired couldn't be bothered to remove them before priming (They literally pop right out of the ceiling and we spoke about removing them before priming) and went AROUND the light, leaving a large ridge of primer. This will need to be scraped flat before I can paint. I found quite a few of these.
