Sink plumbing is done. I have one extra hole in the counter to the left side of the faucet. I'm not sure if I'm going to install an air switch for the disposal there, or reinstall the instant-hot unit I took off the old prep sink. I'm kind of leaning towards the latter as the disposal switch is just to the right of the window and easily reached when needed.
