Strainer and disposal collar installed and sealed with stainless plumber's putty. I normally do 100% silicone, but the strainer instructions said specifically NOT to use it due to potential interactions with the metal. No big deal. I rolled a fat bead of putty around each piece and pressed them into place, cleaning up the excess as it was squeezed out when tightening these up.
