I'll need to remove this flooring, move the gas line and address the drain before the new island cabinets can be installed. Water lines have been temporarily capped until I can open up the subfloor and see what I'm dealing with in there.

(New flooring is scheduled to be installed shortly after the new cabinets are in. That project is also slated for space here)
