After opening up the wall and removing a few staples, I discovered I'll have *just* enough wire to move the oven circuit to its new location. I was able to use the old J-box for the new microwave outlet. I'll be adding another outlet where the 2 yellow wires are as well.

I've already replaced the old blue J-box that was so out of whack.
