With the whole COVID thing, we kept hearing appliances would be 4-6 months out so we decided to get things ordered and develop the plan while waiting. Well, it turns out appliances were really only a couple weeks out so I was able to pick them up not too long after ordering them, 8 tie-downs should hold everything in place for the 160 mile drive back home.
