Last task for the night was to get the 8 rafter brackets installed and it should be good to go for the wind and snow tomorrow. These are the first two all buttoned up. I don't know if this was intentional, but after securing the bolt through the brackets, the 'back' of the bracket wasn't quite parallel to the cross beams with a 3/16" or so gap at the 'bottom'. Driving screws into the brackets REALLY sucked the rafters down to the crossbeam. It's almost 7:30, dark and getting cold. I'm done for the night.
