I had an issue with the first roof panel getting squared up, but then I realized the rafter I was measuring from was still pretty twisted and throwing off my dimensions. I decided to measure from the double joist at the split to the edge of the roof panel and got it dead on all the way to the last panel. A tick over 2.5 hours on this one. Yesterday's effort was closer to 4 hours.
