This is made of 4 pieces and there are encapsulated T-nuts between the 2 sides. The instructions were a bit confusing, but by reading ahead a few pages, I got it figured out. Still, it shouldn't take almost an hour to make a ridge beam. Maybe if the wood was actually sort of straight and I didn't need to clamp it every foot before driving fasteners??
