....and still no sign of the concrete guys at almost 4:00pm. [UPDATE] 4:12 as I'm about to get in to the shower, they finally showed. I sent them away. I am NOT happy that I've done a large portion of the work and was still charged full price. I *will* be having a chat wth the HMFIC and be invoicing him for my time.
