The concrete guys were due out to cut my new slab today, but when I got home from work, there was no sign of them. As a last ditch effort to clear the blockage I opened up the trench outside the slab form and snipped the conduit. I plan to use something to slide towards the blockage and break it up. After almost 4 hours with a hammer, rebar, a couple long drill bits I have and more than a few choice words, I made about 1/4" of progress. Best guess is the blockage is about 6" in length. Concrete guys never did show up, but I got a text message at 5:18pm saying they wouldn't be coming (No kidding....) and "promised" to get it done Friday (You know, the day the hot tub is supposed to be delivered)
