Some judicious drill work with a 1/8" masonry bit and a small chisel got me enough clearance to get a coupler slid all the way on. The liquid in the conduit is muriatic acid. I'm hoping it'll eat enough of the concrete so that I can break it up and push it out with compressed air. It's stopped bubbling so I need to get it out and add more acid.
