I had to make the hole for the cable a little oversized so I had room for the screws that run the clamp up tight to the new cable. I cut an "X" into the Tyvex and pulled it away a bit before cutting the hole. I'll silicone the Tyvex back into place and run a bead around the perimeter of the opening before screwing the sub panel into place.
