Between the hallway and the crawl space is a utility room with my water heater, the radiant heat manifold etc. The cable - for some reason - veers off to the right just as it enters the ceiling of the utility room. It took a few minutes to get a rough idea of where the cable went so I took a chance and cut a hole. Yep, it's up there just above the 'hole' in the insulation.
