As part of the painter's SOW, the kitchen ceiling was to be primed and painted. This is the handrail on the stairs to the loft right next to the kitchen. Those are primer splatters on the rail and the stairway stringers below. There are also splatters on the stair treads and the landing. Good thing there were no children around to hear my comments about this little discovery.
