This is what we moved in to. (This is a listing photo, so not our furniture, etc.) 3/4" plank with a polyurethane finish. It appeared to have been recently refinished, but the sun had faded large areas and it was really prone to scratching. In addition, the wood in the hallway to the left and all 3 bedrooms down there was an entirely different species so we decided to pull this all up and install Luxury Vinyl Plank.
