Unfortunately, the pictures I took of feeding the HDMI cables through the conduit didn't come out very well, but suffice it so say, it went very smoothly. I picked up these wall plates off Amazon and used some heat shrink on the connections to make sure they don't pull apart. The orange 'box' is open at the bottom and I tucked a 2+ foot service loop into the cavity under my bedroom fireplace.
