I got the piece cut and discovered it was almost 3 inches too short. I pulled all the slack I could out of it and was still over an inch short. I remembered you can kind of 'unscrew' this stuff to make small length adjustments and managed to get it to fit with the conduit nice and taught. Floppy conduit makes it a pain to pull wire through.
