Now I need to enlarge the hole on the inside of the housing so I can have some room to pass wire through to the fans. I thought I had pictures of welding in the corner gussets that are shown at the 'back' of the housing, but I guess I didn't. Those were cut on the CNC plasma cutter and I welded them flush with the edge of the housing, then ground it all smooth. Holes will be drilled into those gussets and machine screws will be inserted through those, the fan and the reducer cones, holding the assembly together.
