The jig so far. Center of the 'pins' is 4.125", radius is 0.3125" (5/16) and the vertical piece on the back is 0.625" (1/16) offset from the 'back' of the pins. This will keep the 16g sheet metal nice and snug in the jig and allow for nice, clean bends. Now to make the handle.
