Back to the shop to work on my fan assemblies. I needed to make a tool to bend sheet metal to a specific corner radius so once again, I sat down at the computer and drew something up. First thing I needed was a couple of 0.625" 'pins' to use as forms for the corners so I grabbed some scrap stock and fired up the lathe. Not the best finish, but will work for this purpose.
