As part of my heat management plan, I needed a way to vent hot air out of the popout. Again, I fired up the CAD software and drew up a quick vent that would provide me about 126 square inches of area and be more than capable of exhausting the +/- 210 CFM of outside air I'd be blowing into the space.

Some 1" angle iron and an abrasive cutoff wheel on my miter saw netted me parts and I got to welding....
