I got to thinking about my cooling problem and thought I'd give some 110v, 105CFM fans a try for forced induction. I needed to turn a 4.75" square into a 3" round pipe so I fired up my CAD software, designed some parts and made prototypes on one of my 3D printers for 'proof of concept'. This is the fan mount piece.
