New side box framing going in and the fireplace set in it's new home to check for heat clearances, etc. Front and sides will be clad in stone and the mantle will get a nice live-edge wood slab for the top that'll be sanded, be coated in beeswax and then polished. (Or at least that was the plan at this point in the project.)
